Q: I get an 'Illegal grid range [0 .. -44, 589] for dimension 1' error when I add an Image Mosaic Coverage

A: If you get an error similar to this one, it means that your '.properties' file describing your mosaic has an improperly formatted Levels= value. The values must be aboslute (positive values). So if you have a negative value you will get this error. Just make both values positive and it should work.
